  • Scarlett Reece is a soprano from Stockbridge, GA. She completed a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Georgia State University in 2020. She also completed a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Florida State University in 2022. She won the Brumby Concerto competition in 2019 and continues to sing for professional events around Atlanta, including commencement ceremonies for Georgia State University. She is currently working at the Cathedral of St. Phillip as a staff singer.

  • Sylvia Ware has been singing since she joined the school chorus in fifth grade. In college, Sylvia worked as a Staff Singer at Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church, was the President of Emory Concert Choir, and was the Music Director of Dooley Noted A Cappella, Emory's only coed service-oriented a cappella group. She continues to sing at GMUMC and is also a member of the Atlanta Master Chorale, Kinnara, and EarlyBird. By day, Sylvia is a medical social worker specializing in gerontology and palliative care.

    On the operatic stage, Julie has performed with the IN Series, American Opera Theater, Raylynmor Opera, Early Music Access Project, Opera AACC, and Peabody Opera Theater, singing such roles as Phaino (Here be Sirens), Queen of the Night (The Magic Flute), Cleopatra (Giulio Cesare), Belinda (Dido and Aeneas), Blanche de la Force (Dialogues of the Carmelites), Cupid (Venus and Adonis), and the title role in L’incoronazione di Poppea.

    Equally at home on the concert stage, Julie has sung extensively with American Bach Soloists, Tempesta di Mare, the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, The Bach Choir of Bethlehem, Mountainside Baroque, the Handel Choir of Baltimore, True Concord Voices and Orchestra, Washington Bach Consort, Apollo’s Fire, The Broken Consort, The Thirteen, The Peabody Consort, Hesperus, Kinnara, Baltimore Choral Arts, Istanpitta, Musica Spira, Les Canards Chantants, The New Consort, Vivi Cantando, and Zenith Ensemble.

  • Clare Brussel, soprano, holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and an Master’s degree in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from Westminster Choir College, and also studied in Italy at the Centro Studi Italiani. She regularly performs with ensembles across the country, Kinnara, Skylark, Ensemble Altera, and Sound of Ages. Ms Brussel has performed at the White House during the Christmas Season, at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the UN, and a private concert in the Sistine Chapel. In 2019 she was awarded 2nd place in the NATS National Vocal Competition in Las Vegas, and can be heard on recordings by various ensembles such as Skylark, Kinnara, and Brevitas. She is currently based in Rhode Island with her husband and two dogs.

  • "Lauded in the New York Times for her “admirable fluidity,” soprano Amy Petrongelli’s diverse performance career embraces both traditional and contemporary repertoire. Amy was recently honored with an Emerging Artist Award from the University of Michigan for her significant contributions to the field of music performance.

    An avid recitalist, she has been a featured performer for organizations such as the Five Boroughs Music Festival, The Block, the Casement Fund Recital Series, and the Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival. Amy’s commitment to musical collaboration has led her to fellowships at summer programs such as the Tanglewood Music Center, Eighth Blackbird Creative Lab, and Fall Island Vocal Arts Seminar.

    Particularly at home in contemporary repertoire, Amy has premiered new works for organizations such as the Houston Grand Opera’s HGOco, New American Voices, and AEPEX Contemporary Performance. She has collaborated with members of leading contemporary ensembles such as Eighth Blackbird, Bent Frequency, Alarm Will Sound, Latitude 49, and the Metropolis Ensemble. Recent premieres include works by Laura Kaminsky, Emma O’Halloran, Nina Shekhar, Nicolas Lell Benavides, Juliana Hall, and David Biedenbender. Amy is also the vocalist and co-artistic director of Khemia Ensemble, an ensemble dedicated to reflecting diverse perspectives in contemporary classical chamber music through immersive, multimedia performances. Khemia’s sophomore album, Intersections, was recently released on Parma Recordings, featuring world premieres of works written for the ensemble.

    A passionate educator, Amy is currently a member of the voice faculty at the University of Georgia. She is the Director of the Collaborative Piano Institute Vocal Academy summer program at Louisiana State University and has held guest faculty positions at the Brancaleoni International Music Festival and the International Choral Conducing Masterclass Program.

  • Soprano Wanda Yang Temko is a respected singer, voice teacher, and arts advocate. She holds a doctorate in voice performance from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music in Bloomington, Indiana along with degrees from Georgia State University and Emory University. Sought after as a recitalist and soloist, recently she performed the role of Evangelist in David Lang’s Little Match Girl Passion with Kinnara. She is featured on New Trinity Baroque's recording of Christmas Cantatas and Concertos on Édition Lilac. She also performs and records with the Meridian Chorale and the Grammy-Award-winning Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Choruses. Dr. Yang Temko maintains an active private voice studio in Atlanta.

  • Elizabeth Johnson Knight, American mezzo soprano, is in demand as both a choral and solo artist. She made her Carnegie Hall debut in 2010 as alto soloist in Handel's Messiah with Andrew Megill and the Masterwork Chorus. She has appeared recently with Raleigh Bach Soloists, Ars Lyrica, Duke Vespers Ensemble, Sinfonia da Camera, and Winston-Salem Symphony, among others. Elizabeth regularly sings with professional choral ensembles across the US, including the Carmel Bach Festival Chorale, Kinnara Ensemble, and the GRAMMY-nominated South Dakota Chorale. Elizabeth can be heard as mezzo soloist in Duruflé's Requiem on SDC's debut recording In Paradisum (Gothic, 2012), and has also recorded for Naxos, Pentatone, MSR Classics, and Affetto Records.

    Elizabeth holds degrees in voice from the University of North Texas (DMA), Indiana University (MM), and the University of Mississippi (BM). She has been on the voice faculties of Southeastern Oklahoma State University, the University of Louisiana Monroe, Murray State University, and the University of North Texas. She currently teaches at the University of Georgia. Her research interests include the effects of posture on the acoustics of the singing voice, and she has presented at the New Voice Educators Symposium, the Texoma NATS Artist Series, and the Performing Arts Medicine Association. She has published research in the Journal of Voice. Elizabeth is also passionate about improving choral singing at all levels. She is a regular clinician for choral groups, and teaches choral conductors how to apply current voice science and pedagogy in their ensembles.

  • Dr. Kerry Ginger, mezzo soprano, is active nationally as a performer, clinician, voice pedagogue, and scholar. Currently Assistant Professor of Voice at The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, Dr. Ginger has appeared as a soloist with the Chattanooga Symphony, Music in the Mountains, The Phoenix Symphony, Arizona Opera, Phoenix Opera, Cal Poly Bach Week, Mid-Columbia Mastersingers, and Quintessence. Also an avid choral artist, she performs with the Oregon Bach Festival Chorus, Santa Fe Desert Chorale, Kinnara, True Concord Voices and Orchestra, and the Bach Festival Society of Winter Park. Dr. Ginger appears on Grammy Award-winning recordings by the Phoenix Chorale and True Concord for the Naxos/Chandos and Reference labels, and has written liner notes for Albany Records. She maintains an active portfolio of recitals, oratorio, and vocal music research, specializing in twentieth-century music by women. Kerry also helms a professional quartet, Element, which performs dynamic historical and contemporary vocal chamber music. Kerry earned her Doctorate of Musical Arts in Voice and Master of Music in Opera Performance at Arizona State University. Originally from Portland, Oregon, she now resides in beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee.

  • "The Atlanta Journal-Constitution called mezzo-soprano Heather Witt “the kind of singer you hope to hear - talented, alert... a singer with a future.” Ms. Witt is known for her portrayal of a wide array of opera’s most notable mezzo-soprano characters, including: Gertrude in Roméo et Juliette, Giulietta in Les contes d’Hoffmann (FIO, Brazil), Dryad in Ariadne Auf Naxos, Principessa in Suor Angelica, Suzuki in Madama Butterfly, Second Lady and Third Lady in Die Zauberflöte, Mother in Amahl and the Night Visitors, Elmire in Tartuffe, Mauya in Riders to the Sea, Mrs. Nolan in The Medium, Mrs. Herring in Albert Herring, Meg in Falstaff, Sally in Hand of Bridge, and Dorabella in Cosi fan tutte, among many others.

    Most recently Heather Witt performed the title role of Carmen and in the debut of a fully staged production of Hans Eisler's Hollywood Songbook (Songfest). The L.A. Times called her performance “uniformly impressive."" She also performed as a guest artist for the University of Georgia’s production of Gianni Schicchi, performing the role of Zita.  Some of her other notable roles are Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, Phobia in La Pizza con Funghi, Maddalena in a highlights production of Rigoletto with Northwinds Symphonic Band (Gainesville, GA), and the alto soloist for Handel's Messiah with the Greater Anderson Musical Arts Consortium (Anderson, SC).

    Ms. Witt has shown her versatility in musical theater and pop music.  She has performed with Big Mike Geier and the Kingsized Orchestra and was a founding member of Mr. Blue Sky which was featured in the pilot television show “Sounds of the Underground.”  She was heralded by the Atlanta Journal Constitution as “A delightful standout... splendid as the operatic armoire” in Beauty and the Beast.  A few of her other roles include The Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, Mrs. Anderssen in A Little Night Music and Yonah in Children of Eden.

    Ms. Witt won first place in Georgia State University’s Bauru Atlanta Competition (2011), was an Emerging Artist at St. Petersburg Opera (FL) in 2011, and also attended the prestigious Opera Division at La Musica Lirica in Novafeltria, Italy (2005). In 2013, Ms. Witt made her South American debut with Festival of International Opera of the Americas in Sao Paulo, Brazil. From 2006 to 2009, she was a member of the world-renowned Atlanta Opera Chorus, and has been a featured soloist for many Atlanta Opera events and collaborations.

    Heather Witt is also an esteemed oratorio and concert soloist, and is a staff soloist at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta.   • Ana Baida, a displaced Texan, resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where she enjoys simultaneous careers as a professional singer, an intermittent career consultant to vocal artists, and as a Talent Intelligence Consultant with Visa. In her role at Visa, she convenes various Visa teams to learn about and help to solve talent strategy problems. When not fulfilling her full-time responsibilities, Ana is delighted to sing with Conspirare and the Kinnara Ensemble, and most recently as part of the American Soloists Ensemble, who last summer completed a tour performing through South Korea. She has served for the past 13 years as staff soloist and section leader at the First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta, and sings intermittently with various other groups in the region. Ana holds a Bachelors from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, a Masters from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, and a Doctorate from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

  • Erika Tazawa is the Assistant Director of Choral Activities at Kennesaw State University, where she conducts the Chamber Singers, Chorale, and Men's Ensemble. Tazawa is a doctoral candidate in Choral Conducting at University of Georgia, and prior to her appointment at KSU, she served on faculty at Emory University. Tazawa enjoys a versatile and collaborative musical career, actively performing as a conductor, pianist, and vocal coach. She is a core member of the contemporary music ensemble Bent Frequency, has served on musical staff at the Atlanta Opera and American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria, and is conducting the choir for Georgia Philharmonic this season.

  • Emily Skilling is a second year Doctor of Musical Arts candidate at Eastman School of Music, where she most recently sang the role of Bradamante in Handel’s Alcina. Professional role credits include Countess Ceprano in Verdi’s Rigoletto (Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra), Ulrica in Un ballo in Maschera (Boheme Opera New Jersey), Dame Quickly in Falstaff (Martina Arroyo’s Prelude to Performance), Third Lady in Die Zauberflöte (The CoOPERAtive Program), and Barcarolle in The Bremen Town Musicians (Opera on the James). In recent years, she has performed as a soloist with the American Bach Soloists Academy (Bach’s Mass in B Minor), Messiah University (Handel’s Messiah), Berkeley Community Chorus and Orchestra (Mendelssohn’s Elijah and Prokofiev’s Alexander Nevsky), Peachtree Road United Methodist Church Atlanta (Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9), and Georgia State University (Duruflé’s Requiem). Additionally, Emily has extensive choral experience, having performed with the Philadelphia Symphonic Choir, Kinnara Ensemble, Orpheus Chamber Singers, Transept Ensemble, and the world-renowned Westminster Choir. Ms. Skilling formerly served on the voice faculty at the University of North Georgia and currently teaches Secondary Applied Voice at Eastman School of Music. Emily holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Georgia and a Master of Music degree from Westminster Choir College, where she studied with Laura Brooks Rice. Georgia State University’s recently released recording of Duruflé’s Requiem features Emily as the soloist. She looks forward to making her Chattanooga Symphony & Opera debut this April as the mezzo-soprano soloist in Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9.

  • Ameya is a resident physician training in dermatology at Emory. He studied neuroscience and music as an undergraduate at Emory College and graduated from the Emory University School of Medicine. He also sings in the Atlanta Master Chorale and Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church Chancel Choir. Outside the hospital and performance spaces, Ameya enjoys playing basketball, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Sylvia.

    Ameya consistently finds that vocal performance and the practice of medicine profoundly inform one another. He is overjoyed and honored to find a space for communal music-making within Kinnara.

  • Matthew Zabiegala is an active musician, teacher, and conductor committed to innovative programming, community outreach and involvement, and most importantly, providing a healthy environment for musicians to cultivate their artistry. Matthew serves as Artistic Director for the Concord Singers and the New Jersey Chamber Singers (NJ),Director of Music at the Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township (NJ), and Adjunct Professor at Wagner College (NY). Matthew holds an MM in Choral Conducting from Rutgers University and a BME in Music Education from The Ohio State University. Matthew has recently performed at Carnegie Hall with Riverside Choral Society, and presented a recital with Lyrica Chamber Music featuring the music of Lili Boulanger, William Grant Still, and Amy Cheney Beach. Matthew has been an active artist and supporter of Kinnara since 2017.

  • Mark Laseter, tenor, enjoys a varied career as a vocalist, keyboardist, and educator. Recent seasons include appearances with the Ad Astra Festival, Apollo’s Fire, Kinnara, the Portland Bach Experience, Seraphic Fire, True Concord Voices and Orchestra, the Chattanooga Bach Choir, and The Crossing. While a choral scholar at Hereford Cathedral in the United Kingdom, Mark enjoyed performances at the 2018 Three Choirs Festival, Buckingham Palace, and both the Sistine Chapel and Saint Peter’s Square in Vatican City. Recently, Mark was awarded first prize in the 2021 Audrey Rooney Vocal Competition from the Kentucky Bach Choir. Previous piano engagements include a year in residence with the American Boychoir School, the 2018 NAfME All-National Honor Choir, the 2016 Tennessee All State Honor Choir, the 2015 Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute, the 2012 Southern Division ACDA Honor Choir. Mark received his Bachelor’s degree in Voice Performance from Westminster Choir College and his Master’s degree in Sacred Music from the University of Notre Dame.

  • Erik Gustafson, tenor, is active across the nation as an oratorio soloist and choral artist. A native of Portland, OR, he received his education from Arizona State University, and currently resides in Chattanooga, TN, where he is a voice instructor at Sewanee: The University of the South. Previously, he worked as a voice instructor at Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO.

    Erik has collaborated on two Grammy-winning recordings with the Phoenix Chorale, as well as albums with Skylark Vocal Ensemble (Boston, MA), Santa Fe Desert Chorale, Bach Collegium San Diego, Conspirare (Austin, TX), True Concord Voices and Orchestra (Tucson, AZ), Spire Chamber Ensemble (Kansas City, MO), and Sounding Light (Detroit, MI). He currently also performs regularly with Kinnara, the Bach Festival Society of Winter Park, Oregon Bach Festival, and the Chattanooga Bach Choir. He was a founding member of the chamber ensembles Quadrivium (Durango, CO) and Helios (Phoenix, AZ).

    As a soloist, Erik has performed as Evangelist for the St. John Passion with Apollo Chorus of Chicago and Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra, Evangelist for the St. Matthew Passion with the Arizona Bach Festival, tenor soloist in Handel’s Messiah with Tucson Symphony, tenor soloist for Mozart’s Requiem with Chattanooga Symphony Orchestra, and has been featured as a soloist with many other organizations across the nation including the Phoenix Symphony, the Bach Vespers series at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in New York City, Colorado Bach Ensemble, the Delaware Valley Chorale, Abendmusik (Lincoln, NE), Phoenix Opera, and Bach Society Houston.

  • Ryan Koter, tenor, is a neurologic physical therapist with a long-standing passion for choral singing. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA and treats individuals primarily with brain and spinal cord injury at Shepherd Center. In addition to singing with Kinnara, Ryan sings regularly with Early Bird and Atlanta Master Chorale. He formerly sang with several early and sacred music ensembles affiliated with Duke Capel. Ryan received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University School of Medicine.

  • With singing described as “poignant...with sincerity and unforced beauty” (The Times, London), “elegant” (Cape Cod Times), and “emotionally devastating” (Boston Music Intelligencer), Cory Klose is a sought-after soloist and ensemble singer in the United States. Highlights of Cory’s recent solo appearances include Vaughan Williams’ Five Mystical Songs, J.S. Bach’s Magnificat, Schubert’s Mass in Eb, Mozart’s Requiem, and Handel’s Messiah. As a professional choral artist, Cory has appeared with many noted ensembles in the United States including Kinnara, The Crossing, Santa Fe Desert Chorale, Handel & Haydn Society, Bach Collegium San Diego, True Concord, and The Thirteen. He can also be heard on many acclaimed choral recordings including the GRAMMY® Award-winning “Songs of Ascension” with Meredith Monk & Vocal Ensemble and as a soloist on Skylark’s GRAMMY® Award-nominated album “Seven Words from the Cross”.

  • A native of Highland Falls, NY, baritone Christopher Judd has recently been heard as soloist and chorister with Kinnara, The Riverside Choir, in several programs of the Christ Chapel Chamber Series at the Riverside Church, and at the Interchurch Center in solo recitals and in ensemble works with the Interchurch Center Choir. Currently the development manager for MasterVoices, he holds a Pre-College Diploma from The Juilliard School, a Bachelor of Music from Westminster Choir College, a Master of Music from Indiana University, and completed two summers of study at the Académie Internationale d'Été de Nice with Dalton Baldwin.

  • Michael Grassi Dauterman is an accomplished conductor, singer, and keyboardist. He brings over a decade of rich experience in sacred music and education to his role as Director of Music and Worship Arts at Glenn Memorial UMC in Atlanta, Georgia where he has served for the past years following successful tenures in similar positions at Grace UMC (Midtown Atlanta), Holy Trinity Episcopal (Decatur), and First UMC Melrose (Melrose, MA). Under his baton, the Chancel Choir has achieved remarkable success, providing meaningful music in weekly services and also performing major works by renowned composers like Bach, Handel, Faure, and others. His contributions extend beyond the local congregation, as he dedicated three years to serving as the Worship Coordinator for the North Georgia UMC Annual Conference, curating inclusive and spiritually enriching worship experiences.

    Complementing his church roles, Michael possesses seven years of teaching experience in both private and public schools in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Atlanta. As the Director of Choral Music at Riverwood International Charter School and The Westminster Schools, he consistently led his ensembles to receive Superior ratings at adjudicated festivals and competitions. His commitment to students' cultural and musical growth extended to international travel, exposing his singers to the rich musical heritage of places like London, New York, Vienna, and Berlin.

    Michael's professional singing career has seen him as a valuable member of prestigious choral ensembles such as Handel & Haydn Society (Boston), Kinnara Ensemble (Atlanta, GA), Atlanta Master Chorale, Skylark (Atlanta), Cecilia Ensemble (Augusta, GA), and Vocal Arts Ensemble (Cincinnati). As a baritone soloist, he maintains an active performance schedule, collaborating with esteemed ensembles like the Emory University Chorus, Clayton State Masterworks Singers, Kennesaw State University, and the Summer Singers of Atlanta.

    Michael holds degrees from the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music, where he earned a Bachelor in Music Education, summa cum laude, under the guidance of renowned mentors Dr. Bill McGraw, Dr. Earl Rivers, and Dr. Brett Scott. He holds a Master of Sacred Music, summa cum laude, from Boston University, studying with the distinguished Dr. Ann Howard Jones.

  • Praised for his “clarion tone” (Chicago Classical Review) and “commanding and animated” presence (Seen & Heard International), baritone Edward Vogel possesses a diverse repertoire spanning ten centuries. He has appeared as a soloist with GRAMMY®-winning Apollo’s Fire, True Concord Voices and Orchestra, and at the Tanglewood and Aldeburgh festivals. The 2023-2024 season will see his solo debut with the New York Philharmonic. An avid and in-demand ensemble singer, Mr. Vogel has performed with Theatre of Voices, Bach Collegium Japan, and the Yale Schola Cantorum, with whom he has participated in recordings on the Hyperion label. He regularly works with many of America’s finest professional ensembles. As a recitalist, his specialties include British art song of the twentieth century and music from Medieval and Renaissance Iberia. Mr. Vogel is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Yale School of Music and Institute of Sacred Music’s Voxtet program for early music, oratorio, and art song.

  • Matthew D. Nielsen (b. 1984) is an active conductor, composer, baritone, producer, and sound engineer. He has conducted performances in venues such as St. John’s Smith Square, the Cathedral of the Madeleine, Norwich Cathedral, and St. Giles-in-the-Fields. Matthew is currently interim director of choral studies at San Diego State University.

    As a composer, he has received commissions from the Barlow Endowment for Music Composition, The Combined Choirs and Philharmonic Orchestra at Brigham Young University, Cantorum Chamber Choir, and St. Andrew United Methodist Church in Plano, Texas. Matthew’s music has been published with Edition Peters, Walton Music, Santa Barbara Music Press and featured internationally on BYU Radio and American Public Media’s Performance Today with Fred Child.

    As a professional singer, Matthew has performed with esteemed ensembles such as Kinnara Ensemble, Willan West 2018, the San Diego Master Chorale, and the Utah Symphony Chorus. As a soloist, he has studied with Karen Anderson and Jennifer Welch- Babidge and performed in Ireland, England, Germany, Ukraine and the United States.

    Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, he received vocal and instrumental training in both jazz and classical styles. After spending two years living abroad in Ireland, he earned a Bachelor of Music in Sound Recording Technology from Brigham Young University in 2010, and a Masters in Music in Choral Conducting in 2012. In 2017, he completed a Doctorate of Music with an emphasis in choral music from the University of Southern California.

    During his studies he has performed with the USC Chamber Singers, BYU Concert Choir and BYU Singers, serving as an assistant conductor of the latter for three years. In addition, he has served as assistant conductor to the BYU Women’s Chorus, BYU Men’s Chorus and served as music director of the BYU Chorale and USC Apollo Men’s Chorus.

  • Described by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution as a dignified and beautiful singer, bass-baritone Paul Max Tipton performs and records in opera, oratorio, chamber music, and art song throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. Recent recordings & engagements include Haydn’s Creation with Pacific Symphony, Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 in Tokyo with Bach Collegium Japan, covering the title role in Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro at Handel & Haydn Society under Raphaël Pichon, a recording of Nicolaus Bruhns’s solo cantatas for bass with Masaaki Suzuki for the BIS label, the role of Phoebus in Bach Cantata No. 201, Geschwinde, ihr wirbelnden Winde, with Dana Marsh and the Washington Bach Consort for the Acis label, Christus in Bach’s St. Matthew Passion at Spoleto Festival USA, Plutone in Monteverdi’s Orfeo with Göteborg Baroque, and the Bach Mass in B-Minor for Avie Records with Nicholas McGegan & Cantata Collective. In 2023-2024 he records 17th century German cantatas for the BIS label with Masaaki Suzuki, returns to Tokyo for Messiah with Bach Collegium Japan, and is a soloist with Bach Collegium San Diego at the annual BachFest Leipzig in Germany. He holds an MMus from Yale University and resides in New York City.

  • Andrew is a freelance musician and educator based in Atlanta, Georgia. He currently teaches part-time at Kennesaw State University in their music theater program and in the school of music. He is also the founder and artistic director of both Voces Altum, a sixteen voice treble ensemble, and EarlyBird, a professional ensemble specializing in early music and the adoption of new ideas and techniques. Andrew also directs the Summer Singers of Atlanta, and is a staff singer at Glenn Memorial UMC. He is also pursuing his PhD in Music Education at Georgia State University where his research centers on the intersection of choral and vocal pedagogy. Andrew also runs a private piano and voice studio, Make Music.
